FAQ
What’s the recommended payload / weight limit?

Recommended payload: 145 kg (320 lb) total (user + seat + mounted accessories) for best safety and motion performance.

For best results:

  • Keep your center of gravity as close as possible to the unit’s pitch/roll center.
  • Avoid mounting heavy components too far forward/backward, which can reduce stability and responsiveness.

Duty cycle: For longevity and safe use, continuous operation is limited to 8 hours.
How big is it? Is installation difficult?

DX Winner 2 is compact at ~38 × 41 × 21 cm, making it easier to fit and install in home setups.

Installation options:

  • With a rig (recommended): The most stable and consistent experience—ideal for sim racers who want a serious upgrade.
  • Floor placement (portable): Place it on the floor and use it without a dedicated rig—great for small spaces or flexible setups.

We provide mounting adapters, wiring/connection diagrams, and setup guidance to fit a wide range of configurations.
Will it work with my rig?

In most cases, yes. DX Winner 2 is designed to integrate with common sim rigs and seat setups.

To ensure the best fit and performance:

  • A rig/seat frame mount is recommended for maximum stability.
  • We provide mounting adapters and setup guidance for different configurations.
  • If you’re unsure, message us with your rig model + seat type + photos and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.
What games are supported?

DX Winner 2 works with games through telemetry-based motion software, such as SimHub or SimTools (third-party required).

The DX Winner 2 is fully compatible with most major PC sim titles, such as Assetto Corsa, iRacing, ETS, GTR, and many more.
For consoles, our platform can support games like the GT7, F1 Series, Forza Horizon, and more.

Does only the seat move on the DX Winner 2?


DX Winner 2 is a seat mover: the controls stay stable while the seat moves your body.

This design delivers fast, clean motion cues and a convincing sustained load feel—without needing huge travel.
How fast is the motion?

Up to 120°/s speed and up to 1300°/s² angular acceleration (profile-dependent).
What is the motion range (angle)?

The DX2 Ultra firmware supports a maximum motion range of ±10°. In normal use, the actual motion angle can be adjusted through the software or profile settings based on the game, driving/flight scenario, and personal preference.
How loud is it?

In most home setups, it’s roughly comparable to an air conditioner level and suitable for indoor use.
Shipping: how long, and what do DAP / DDP mean?

Dispatch (In Stock): 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

When you check out, you’ll choose one of these shipping terms:

1) Express Air (DAP) — Transit ~10 days
DAP = Delivered At Place

  • We ship the package to your address.
  • You handle import clearance in your country if required, and pay any duties/taxes/fees requested by customs or the carrier.
  • Estimated duties/taxes: USD 50–150 (varies by destination).

Best for: fastest delivery, and you’re OK paying/importing locally.

2) Sea Freight (DDP, select regions only) — Transit ~30–40 days
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid

  • We handle the import process and duties/taxes.
  • It’s tax-included, delivered to your door—no customs payment needed on your side.

Best for: all-in pricing and zero customs hassle.

Shipping & Customs Notice

International shipments may be opened, inspected, resealed, or relabeled by customs authorities or shipping carriers during transit. This is a normal part of cross-border logistics and does not mean the product has been used or returned.

If the outer package arrives damaged, please take photos or videos before opening it, and keep all original packaging materials. Clear evidence helps us assist with carrier claims, insurance review, or after-sales support.
