FAQ
What’s the recommended payload / weight limit?
Recommended payload: 145 kg (320 lb) total (user + seat + mounted accessories) for best safety and motion performance.
For best results:
- Keep your center of gravity as close as possible to the unit’s pitch/roll center.
- Avoid mounting heavy components too far forward/backward, which can reduce stability and responsiveness.
Duty cycle: For longevity and safe use, continuous operation is limited to 8 hours.
Will it work with my rig? Is installation difficult?
DX2 Ultra works with most rigid aluminum-profile cockpits and includes adapters for installation.
Because cockpit widths, seat rails and mounting patterns vary, some rigs may require adjustment of the included profiles or an additional adapter plate.
If you’re unsure, send us your rig model and a few photos and the DX team can check compatibility before you order.
What games are supported? What software do I need?
DX2 Ultra works with games through telemetry-based motion software, such as SimHub or SimTools (third-party required).
The DX2 Ultra is fully compatible with most major PC sim titles, such as Assetto Corsa, iRacing, ETS, GTR, and many more.
For consoles, our platform can support games like the GT7, F1 Series, Forza Horizon, and more.

Can DX2 Ultra connect directly to PlayStation?
Yes. DX2 Ultra supports direct PlayStation connection on selected supported titles, without requiring a PC or SimHub as a bridge while playing.
Direct PlayStation mode is designed to be simple and plug-and-play. PC + SimHub currently offers more detailed tuning and independent effect control.
Is DX2 Ultra the same as DX Winner 2? What has been upgraded?
DX2 Ultra evolved from the original DX Winner 2 / DX2 platform.
The current Ultra version includes improvements to hardware, firmware, motion performance and overall usability, with current specifications reaching:
125°/s max speed · 1300°/s² max acceleration · 15 ms max system latency
The product name has also been standardized as DX2 Ultra, although some earlier reviews and videos still use the DX Winner 2 name.
How fast is the motion?
DX2 Ultra is designed for fast, high-bandwidth feedback rather than simply large movement.
It delivers up to 125°/s angular speed, 1300°/s² angular acceleration, with a maximum system latency of 15 ms.
That response is what lets short cues such as gear shifts, kerbs, traction changes and weight transfer come through clearly.
Can the seat stay level when I’m not playing?
Yes. When DX2 Ultra is powered and enabled, it can remain level even when no game is running, so you can use the cockpit normally.
When the system is completely powered off, there is no active parking brake, so the platform is not mechanically locked in position.
If you want the seat fixed while unpowered, you can add a simple mechanical stop or support. Some DX owners have shared DIY solutions in our Discord community—for example, using a spare aluminum profile as a removable support to hold the seat in place.

For the U.S., Canada, most European destinations and Australia, DDP shipping is generally available, so duties, VAT/GST and standard customs-clearance fees are normally included with no additional standard customs charges at delivery.

You’ll also receive direct support from the DX team for installation, setup, firmware and troubleshooting.
When an issue can be solved remotely or with a replaceable component, we’ll normally handle that first rather than requiring you to return the entire system.
Shipping & Customs Notice
International shipments may be opened, inspected, resealed, or relabeled by customs authorities or shipping carriers during transit. This is a normal part of cross-border logistics and does not mean the product has been used or returned.
If the outer package arrives damaged, please take photos or videos before opening it, and keep all original packaging materials. Clear evidence helps us assist with carrier claims, insurance review, or after-sales support.
