Refund policy

DynamicX products are large, high-value motion platform equipment. After an order has shipped, we do not support self-service returns/refunds through the online store system.

If you have any issue, please contact us at contact@dynamicx.fun with your order number and a brief description.

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the outer carton and product. After verification, we will provide a solution (replacement parts, support, replacement, or refund when applicable).

Change-of-mind

After dispatch, we generally do not accept returns/refunds for change-of-mind (ordered by mistake, no longer needed, preference changes), unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

If a Return Is Approved

Returns require prior approval (RMA) and must be unused, with all accessories, and in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment channel when possible, or an alternative method arranged with you.
